Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. General Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales on SShubbd.info are final once the product has been downloaded or the download link has been accessed. This policy applies to all categories: e-books, study notes, courses, coupon codes, APK files, templates, and other digital assets.

We encourage buyers to review product descriptions, previews (where available), and system requirements carefully before making a purchase.

2. Exceptions — When Refunds Are Granted

We will issue a full refund in the following cases:

• Defective product: The file is corrupted, incomplete, or cannot be opened/used as described
• Significantly not as described: The product content is substantially different from its listing description
• Duplicate purchase: You accidentally purchased the same item twice
• Unauthorized transaction: A purchase was made without your knowledge or consent

All refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the purchase time.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Change of mind or preference after purchase
• Product not meeting expectations when it matches the description
• Compatibility issues with your device when system requirements were listed
• Coupon codes that have already been redeemed or activated
• Products downloaded more than 48 hours ago

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email support@sshubbd.info with the following information:

• Your full name and registered email address
• Order ID (found in Dashboard → Purchases)
• Product name and reason for the refund request
• Screenshots or evidence (if product is defective or not as described)

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 24 hours on weekdays. If approved, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days.

5. Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method:

• bKash: Sent back to your bKash account. Processing time: 1-3 business days.
• Nagad: Sent back to your Nagad account. Processing time: 1-3 business days.
• Rocket: Sent back to your Rocket account. Processing time: 1-3 business days.

Transaction fees charged by the mobile financial service at the time of purchase (typically 1-2%) are non-refundable, as those fees are charged by the payment provider, not by SShubbd.

6. Cancellation

Orders that are still in "Pending" status (payment not yet confirmed) can be cancelled from the Dashboard. Once payment is confirmed and the download link is activated, cancellation is no longer possible and the Refund Policy above applies.

7. Disputes

If you are unsatisfied with the resolution of your refund request, please reply to our email explaining why. We will review the case again. If you are still unsatisfied, you may contact us via our Contact page for further assistance.
