1. Introduction

By accessing or using SShubbd.info (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Platform. These terms are effective as of 16 July 2026.

SShubbd.info is operated by F.Z., Chattogram, Bangladesh.

2. What We Sell

SShubbd sells only digital products. These include:

• E-books and PDFs (downloadable digital files)
• Android APK files (software applications)
• App access and software licenses
• Coupon codes and discount vouchers
• Digital templates and resources

No physical goods are shipped. All products are delivered electronically. Prices are displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless stated otherwise.

3. Accounts

To purchase products or sell on SShubbd, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your password and login credentials.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account use.
• Be responsible for all activities under your account.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Platform. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to create an account and make purchases.

4. Orders & Payment

We accept payment through the following methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.

• All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and include applicable taxes.
• Payment must be completed before products are delivered. Upon successful payment confirmation, a download link or access token will be generated.
• All sales are for digital licenses unless stated otherwise. You are purchasing a right to access and use the digital file, not ownership of the copyright.

5. Delivery

Delivery of digital products is instant or near-instant after successful payment confirmation:

• Download links appear immediately in your account dashboard under “Purchases.”
• An order confirmation email is sent to your registered email address.
• If a download link does not appear within 15 minutes of payment, please contact support at support@sshubbd.info within 48 hours of purchase.

6. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Because digital products can be instantly copied and downloaded, our refund policy is designed to be fair to both buyers and sellers while protecting the value of digital content.

You are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase in the following circumstances:

• The product file is corrupted or unopenable.
• You were charged twice for the same purchase (duplicate charge).
• The product is materially different from its description (e.g., an e-book advertised as 200 pages but contains only 20).
• The download link never arrived and support was unable to resolve it.

Refunds are not available for:

• Change of mind after the file has been downloaded or accessed.
• Products that were purchased by mistake (please double-check before completing checkout).
• Products that are incompatible with your device (system requirements are listed).

Refunds will be processed through the same payment channel used for the original purchase. Processing time: 5–10 business days after approval.

7. License & Usage Rights

When you purchase a digital product on SShubbd, you receive a personal-use, non-transferable license to access and use the product. This means:

• You may download and use the product for your own personal or educational purposes.
• You may not resell, redistribute, share, or upload the product to any third-party platform without explicit written permission.
• Copyright and ownership of e-books, law content, APKs, and other products remain with SShubbd or the original authors/creators as applicable.
• Sellers who list products on SShubbd retain ownership of their content but grant SShubbd a limited license to display, distribute, and process sales of that content.

8. Law Content Disclaimer

The legal content available through SShubbd — including the BD Law Assistant, law PDFs, act summaries, and FAQ sections — is provided for informational and educational purposes only.

Laws and regulations change over time. While we strive to keep content up to date, we recommend verifying any legal information against the official government publication (bdlaws.minlaw.gov.bd) or consulting a qualified lawyer.

9. Prohibited Use

You may not use SShubbd to:

• Upload, distribute, or sell malicious files, viruses, or harmful code.
• List products that violate Bangladeshi law or contain illegal content.
• Misrepresent yourself, your products, or your relationship with SShubbd.
• Post fake reviews, inflate ratings, or manipulate product rankings.
• Attempt to circumvent our payment system, commit fraud, or process unauthorized transactions.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically reproduce Platform content without prior written permission.
• Harass, threaten, discriminate against, or abuse other users.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Platform.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, product removal, forfeiture of earnings, and legal action.

10. Complaints & Dispute Resolution

We take complaints seriously. If you have a complaint about a product, a seller, or your experience on the Platform:

• Contact us via the Contact page or email support@sshubbd.info.
• Response time: We will acknowledge your complaint within 72 hours and work toward a resolution.
• If a dispute cannot be resolved directly, it shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.

11. Limitation of Liability

SShubbd.info is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Bangladeshi law, SShubbd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or interruption of business.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to SShubbd in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

This limitation of liability applies to the fullest extent permitted by law and shall survive any termination or expiration of these terms.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. If changes are material, we will notify account holders by email and/or a notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
